Terms of service

The service we provide

Veroman Cloud gives you access to IPTV streams through login credentials and a playlist link that you load into a compatible player on your own device. We provide the access and the servers behind it. We don't sell hardware, and we don't control the apps or devices you decide to use.

Who can sign up

You need to be at least 18 and able to enter a contract where you live. The details you give us at checkout should be accurate, and you're responsible for keeping your login credentials private. A subscription is for you and your household. Each plan allows a set number of devices to stream at the same time, and that limit is shown at checkout or in your welcome email.

Using the service fairly

A subscription is for personal viewing. To keep things working for everyone, you agree not to:

• share, publish, or resell your credentials, unless we've agreed a reseller arrangement with you in writing;
• run more simultaneous streams than your plan allows;
• use the service to break the law where you live, or to harass or harm anyone;
• probe, overload, or reverse engineer our servers.
• We can suspend a subscription that breaks these rules, and we may do so without notice when the abuse is serious.

Plans, payment, and renewals

Plans are sold for a fixed length, such as three months or a year, and the price is shown before you pay. Payment is taken up front through the methods at checkout. Unless we say otherwise when you buy, plans do not renew on their own. When a plan is near its end, we'll usually remind you so you can extend it if you want.

Activation and delivery

We aim to email your login details shortly after the payment clears, often within minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive, and get in touch if it still hasn't shown up after a couple of hours.

Uptime and changes to the lineup

We work hard to keep the service fast and online, but we can't promise it will never go down. Maintenance, network trouble at your end or ours, and problems with upstream providers can all interrupt a stream. The channel and content lineup can change over time as sources come and go. None of that counts as us failing to deliver, though we'll always try to fix faults quickly.

Content and ownership

The channels, films, and shows you watch belong to their respective owners, and Veroman Cloud doesn't claim any rights over that content. The Veroman Cloud name, logo, and the design of this site are ours, and you shouldn't copy or reuse them without permission.

No warranty

The service is provided as it is and as available. We don't promise it will meet every expectation or run without interruption on every device and connection. You're responsible for a stable internet connection and a device that can run a compatible player.

Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, Veroman Cloud isn't liable for indirect or knock-on losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here removes a liability that can't legally be excluded.

Suspension and ending your subscription

You can stop using the service whenever you like. We can suspend or end a subscription that breaks these terms, or that we reasonably believe involves fraud or a stolen payment. If we end your plan for a reason that isn't your fault, our Refund Policy explains what you're owed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Veroman Cloud is established, and any dispute will go before the courts there. If you're a consumer, you keep the rights your local law gives you that can't be signed away.

Updates to these terms

We may revise these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the service after a change means you accept it.
