Privacy policy
This policy explains what Veroman Cloud collects when you visit veroman.cloud or buy a subscription, why we collect it, and what say you have over it. If anything here is unclear, email contact@veroman.cloud and we'll explain it in plain terms.
Who we are
Veroman Cloud sells IPTV subscriptions that you stream on your own devices. When this policy says "we" or "us", it means Veroman Cloud. "You" means anyone who visits the site or holds a subscription. We are the party that decides what gets collected and how it is used.
What we collect
We try to collect only what we need to set up your subscription and keep it running. It comes down to a few groups.
- Account details you give us: your name or chosen display name, your email address, and the messages you send to support.
- Order details: which plan you bought, when it was activated, and the type of payment method used. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Technical data your device sends on its own: IP address, browser and device type, and basic logs of when streams connect. This helps us catch abuse and fix faults.
- Anything you choose to share in a chat or email, including screenshots you send to help us diagnose a problem.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- create your account, send your login details, and activate the plan you paid for;
- answer your questions and help you through setup;
- take payment through our processors and check for fraud or stolen cards;
- keep the service stable, including spreading load across servers and blocking accounts that break the rules;
- meet legal duties such as tax records, or a valid request from authorities.
Payments
We don't handle cards ourselves. Checkout runs through established providers such as the card networks, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a crypto processor, and they handle your payment details under their own terms. We receive a confirmation that the payment cleared, plus limited information like the last few digits of a card or the email tied to the payment.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses a small set of cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences like your chosen currency. Our Cookie Policy covers this in full, including how to turn cookies off.
When we share data
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these cases:
- with the payment providers and the hosting and delivery partners that run the service;
- with the support and email tools we use to reply to you;
- when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public from harm;
- if the business is ever sold or transferred, in which case this policy goes with it.
How long we keep it
We keep account and order records while your subscription is active and for a period afterwards, so we can handle renewals, disputes, and tax requirements. Connection logs are short-lived and rotate out on a rolling basis. Once we no longer have a reason to keep something, we delete it or strip out anything that points back to you.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or get a copy to take elsewhere, and you can object to some uses. To make a request, email contact@veroman.cloud from the address tied to your account. We'll confirm it's really you before acting, and we won't charge you for a reasonable request.
These rights apply to customers in the EU and UK under the GDPR, and to California residents under the CCPA. We try to honour them for everyone, wherever you are.
Security
Traffic to the site is encrypted, access to customer records is limited to the people who need it, and we review our setup regularly. No way of storing or sending data online is perfectly safe, so we can't promise absolute security. If a breach ever affects you, we'll tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
Data outside your country
Our servers and partners run in more than one country, so your data may be processed somewhere other than where you live. Wherever it goes, this policy still applies and we work with partners that offer a similar level of protection.
Children
Veroman Cloud is meant for adults. We don't knowingly set up accounts for anyone under 18. If you think a minor has signed up, tell us and we'll close the account and remove the data.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when our practices change, and the date at the top shows the last revision. If a change is significant, we'll flag it somewhere you're likely to see it, such as at checkout or by email.
