Reporting a copyright concern

Send your notice to contact@veroman.cloud with "DMCA" in the subject line. To be valid, it needs to include:

• your name and contact details, and the rights holder you represent;
• a clear description of the copyrighted work, and where it appears in or through our service;
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you're authorised to act for the owner;
• your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

Once we have a complete notice, we review it and remove or disable access to the material if the claim holds up. Where we can identify the account behind it, we'll let them know and pass along your notice so they can respond.

Filing a counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, or that you have the right to use it, send a counter-notice to the same address. It should include:

• your name, address, contact details, and signature;
• the material that was removed and where it used to appear;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification;
• your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts for settling the matter.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of customers who repeatedly make infringing material available, and we may act on a clear case before it gets that far.

Honest notices only

Filing a false claim, in either direction, can carry legal consequences. If you're not sure whether something is infringing, get advice before you send a notice.
