Refund policy
We'd rather have you watching than fighting for your money back. This page explains when you can get a refund, when you can't, and how to ask. The short version: try the service first, and if something breaks that we can't fix, we'll make it right.
Try before you commit
We offer a free trial so you can test Veroman Cloud on your own device and connection before paying. Please use it. Most refund requests trace back to a device or network issue that a quick trial would have caught, so a few minutes up front saves everyone the hassle.
When you can get a refund
You can ask for a full refund if:
- you bought a plan, the service won't work for you, and our team can't fix it within a reasonable time;
- you were charged twice for the same plan, or charged after we confirmed a cancellation;
- you ask within 7 days of activation and the problem is on our side.
When we can't refund
Some situations fall outside what we can cover:
- the service works as described and you've simply changed your mind after using it;
- the problem comes from your internet connection, your device, or an app we don't control, and you didn't test the free trial first;
- you're past the 7-day window, or the credentials have already seen heavy use;
- the charge was a renewal you were reminded about and chose not to cancel.
How to request one
Email contact@veroman.cloud from the address on your order, or message us on WhatsApp. Tell us the email tied to your account, roughly when you bought the plan, and what's going wrong, with a screenshot if you have one. We'll try to fix the issue first, since a working subscription is what you actually came for. If we can't, we'll process the refund.
How long refunds take
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Cards and PayPal usually take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank. Crypto payments are refunded in the same coin, at the amount originally paid, to a wallet address you give us.
Talk to us before a chargeback
Opening a chargeback or dispute with your bank before contacting us freezes the account while the bank investigates, which slows everything down. Reach out first. In almost every case we can sort it out faster than a dispute can.
